I. Operating rules of air shower room:

Objective: To maintain the safe use of air shower and the cleanliness of clean room environment.

3. Use of air shower room:

1. Personnel entering the clean and clean room should take off their coats in the outer dressing room, except for watches, mobile phones and accessories.

2. Enter the underwear changing room and wear clean clothes, hats, masks and gloves.

3. When the stainless steel air-shower door personnel enter the air-shower room, the air-shower door will automatically close the outside door, infrared (voice control/human thermal energy) induction, the air-shower will start automatically, and the air-shower will blow for 15 seconds (the factory has been set up). Note: Two stainless steel doors can not be opened at the same time in the air shower room. If forced, the electronic lock will be damaged. The two doors of the air shower room are controlled by electronic interlock.

4. After the air shower is over, push out the door and enter the clean and clean room.

IV. Management of air shower rooms:

1. The air shower room is managed by the responsible person and the initial filter material is regularly replaced quarterly.

2. Replace the high efficiency filter (with partition) in the air shower room every 2 years.

3. Open and close the indoor and outdoor doors lightly.

4. Personnel should not touch the switch and adjust the intelligent voice prompt system at will.

5. When a malfunction occurs in the air shower room, the emergency shutdown switch should be switched off in time and reported to the professional maintenance personnel for repair. Normally, it is not allowed to start the manual button.

5. Operating procedures for transfer windows:

1. Wipe the articles to be delivered with 0.5% peracetic acid or 5% iodophor solution.

2, open the side door outside the window, quickly place the items to be delivered, disinfect the transmission window with the 0.5% peracetic acid spray, and close the side door outside the window.

3. Open the ultraviolet lamp in the transmission window and irradiate the articles to be delivered for no less than 15 minutes.

4. Notify the experimenter or staff in the barrier system, open the inner door of the transfer window and take out the articles.
