1. Before entering the air-shower room: after changing clothes and shoes, confirm whether the air-shower room is idle through the windows and indicator lights of the air-shower room; if the air-shower room is in working state, it is necessary to open the door of the air-shower room forcibly and lead to the damage of the lock of the door of the air-shower room. When the work of the air-shower room is finished, the indoor personnel leave and automatically close the door two seconds left. Right, you can enter.

2. After entering the air shower room: directly through the photoelectric sensor, the shower begins. Please raise your hands indoors and then rotate 360 degrees to shower.

3. After the shower is finished: the fan in the air shower room will not open until two seconds after it stops operating and leave the air shower room. In the process of air shower, the front and rear doors of the air shower room are locked. Internal personnel should not open forcibly in order to avoid damaging the interlocking device and door lock. In case of emergency, please press the emergency stop switch. The air shower room will stop working. At this time, the entrance and exit doors will be opened at will. During the idle period, the air shower room is in an electronic interlocking state. Only one side of the door can be opened, please don't force it.

The stable performance of the air shower room is more important than that of the selected products. The automatic air shower room has been strictly tested when the products are out of the factory. During the process of installation and debugging, various parameters of use have been determined, so we usually only need to operate and maintain according to the instructions, if there are any. Faults are best eliminated by the manufacturer.

1. According to the cleanliness of the environment, the filter should be replaced regularly (the initial effect is usually 1-3 months, the initial effect can be cleaned; the high efficiency is usually 6-12 months).

2. Replacement of high-efficiency filters and primary filters should be stopped.

3. The dust mat inside and outside the air shower room should be replaced in time. The mat should be replaced once a day before the employees enter the workshop, about four times a day.
